Shipping policy
South African Shipping
Shipping is R170 for all orders in Gauteng and R220 for all orders in all other provinces.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the UK, the EU, the US and Australia. If you would like your order to be shipped elsewhere, please contact us on eastgate.stamps@gmail.com.
International shipping to these destinations are R900 unless otherwise stated.
Order dispatch time:
Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12pm (midday) on each of these days will be dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 12pm (midday) on Friday, as well as orders received on Saturday, Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Orders received on Public Holidays will be dispatched on the following first working day.
General notes on delivery:
We endeavour to meet the best and fastest delivery time always. Please appreciate that events beyond our control could cause a delay. We thank you for your understanding.
We do not make deliveries over weekends and public holidays.
We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time on the day of delivery.

Refunds
We like happy customers so we will do our best to ensure that you receive your item safely as soon as possible, in good condition and securely packaged.
If we accidentally do deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on our website, please notify us and return the item for a full refund and we will pay for shipping, provided:
- The item is returned undamaged, please make sure it is packaged to avoid damage and send with a trackable shipping service.
- You have let us know within 7 days of delivery to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and then your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
